Although I wouldn´t call myself a bartender, but more a bootle opener with
some autididactic longdrink and cocktail knowledge...
> 1) How did you memorise most of your cocktail recipes?
I guess the best common way is just making the cocktails again and again. For
myself (as I´m not bound to some house reciepes) I prefer another (or
additional) way. I try a new cocktail at home in different versions, first
following some reciepe, then changing everytime the amount of one ingredient.
So you can not only find out what reciepe you prefer (and like to serve), but
also learn something about your drinks and train your senses. And once you
understood what´s the "function" of every ingredient, you will remember the
drink´s reciepe much easier.

I feel a little nervous everytime when I open the bar. I feel very nervous
if I (or the shift before) didn´t prepare the place right.
