Normally, spicy is at the back end of the tongue...the finish...it's 
challenging to get the spicy at the front of the tongue as this is reserved 
for sweetness. It's just the way the tongue works.

My suggestion is to get Ancho Reyes Chili Liqueur and mess around with it.

Or do an in-house spirit infusion with habanero or jalepeño peppers. Just make 
sure you use rubber gloves.
