Sweet n Spicy Cocktail?

I want to create a type of cocktail/mixed drink for my restaurant to attract
some customers; I was thinking a Cocktail that first goes down really spicy,
but after a few seconds it has a very smooth and sweet aftertaste that
relieves you from that spiciness.
Does anyone have a recipe or some ideas they can share with me? Thanks.
