I came across this deliciously peachy drink while vacationing in Sanibel, FL, 
and attempted to create it when back home. Alas, I am no professional 
Bartender! As such, I'm hoping one of you can fill me in on the specific 
recipe--the one created at Longhorn has nary a taste of tequila, it's pure 
peach all the way but it still packed a nice little punch. 

Ingredients as listed on menu:
1800 100% Blue Agave tequila
White Peach puree
Peach Schnapps
Fresh lemon & lime juices 

Another Longhorn bartender said they used White Peach monin (I have no idea 
what that would be.)
