well when i started getting into flair i used videos on youtube as i found 
that literature isnt very helpful coz you cant see the move being performed.
there is a guy on youtube i cant remember his name but he does all of the 
moves from the very basic thumb rolls to the ghost past etc. also take a look 
at stuff by ben reed, a superb bartender.
