Help getting started

I am a 19 year old cocktail bartender in the midlands england. I can do some
basic flair but i want to start really getting serious about it i am saving up
for a bar to practice on at home and so i can do private parties but need a
little advice on where to find decent literature, instruction or even video on
how to start getting a performance and working flairs for work going. I know
you guys will be able to help :-)
