The reality is that outside of Las Vegas, there are very few true flair bars 
that require some level of flair skills as a job requirement.  The ones that 
do include the Salty Dog Saloons in the NE, the Rockin Taco in Orange County 
and a few other scattered across the country.

While the use of full on flair obviously won't work for every type of bar, I 
do think that some form of basic working flair can be used to entertain in any 
type of bar setting.  Granted, it all comes down to the bartender and the 
application, but it's still possible.
