Love Love Love the idea of using the playing cards as cocktail 
napkins/coasters. Did I tell ya I love it? I also gave the idea of dropping 
dice into the drinks.  

I sent some over and it's a bar that doesn't do the simple syrup fresh/bar 
chef stuff ( I need a name for this)....so it's just a regular  place with 
standard bar supplies......They liked:

Jack Hai  (High...to sound like the name of the place and plus uses the term 
"Jack High"....the name of the restaurant where the party is to be is called 
Sushi Hai)
Glass: tall
Garnish: your choice

1.5 oz Jack Daniels  (the Jack part)
.5 oz Midori (the asian part)
.5 oz Sour Apple Schnapps
3 oz sour mix
Fill with Sprite.
Shake the first 4 ingredients and strain into a tall glass of ice. Fill with 
Sprite.


Royal Flush (just a Washington Apple)
Glass: martini
Garnish: your choice

1 oz Crown Royal  (the Royal part)
1 oz Sour apple schnapps
2 oz cranberry juice
Shake and strain the ingredients into a chilled martini glass.


Pear of Hearts
Glass: martini
Garnish: your choice

1.5 oz pear vodka
.5 oz peach schnapps
1 oz pineapple juice
1 oz cranberry juice
Shake and strain the ingredients into a chilled martini glass.
