i'm doing a casino themed night next week and did the same thing,names i come 
with are:
Highroller
Mojito Royale (self explanatory)
Black Jack (a cocktail with blackberry flavours and jack d's)
Snake Eyes
Millionaire's Martini (or daiquiri)!
I can't however associate any particular cocktail or liquor to the casino 
theme...
