I have my alarm set to 4am so you all better be appreciative. Had a visit from 
Adam over the weekend so i have a nice shot of Jose Cuervo Reserva de familia 
to enjoy.

p.s Q, we were able to sit down and sample a nice few mouthfuls of some 
Connemara. Rather peaty i found it, and would have mistaken it for a scotch if 
i hadnt seen the bottle. I didnt realise Irish whisky used peat in the 
process, i thought it was more of a Scotland thing.
