Actually, the date is December 7th and the time is 18:00 GMT. Also, it's not 
the 10th anniversary of the Webtender itself (that was a year and a half ago, 
May 7th 2005), but it is the 10th anniversary of the forums and the 
"modern" Webtender.

Here's my message from 1996 announcing the new Webtender:

The first message by someone else was posted 2 days later, December 9th 1996:

Another anniversary is coming up next year. On May 7th 2007 it's the 10th 
anniversary of the domain Webtender.com located on a server in the U.S (before 
that it was located on my college server account in Norway):
[The Webtender] *** WELCOME ***
