Thanks a lot you guys !

I did buy all the alcools seperately, as I understand now, top shelf are top 
branded alcools. We dont get the same brands here in Europe as in the States 
(some yes, but not all) or my homeland Canada. Instead of buying the cheapest 
of every alcool I needed, I went for the middle priced... can we say middle 
shelf? :)

Anyway I'm gonna replace sour and mix with lemon juice only.
