Unless it's an old bar that doesn't have splash guards, an apron seems kinda 
superfluous. Vest and a bowtie always seemed kinda odd to me too, like wearing 
both suspenders and a belt. After all, one of the big advantages of a bowtie 
is that you don't need to wear something on top of it or tuck it into 
something to hold it down.
