I like the classic look with a twist.   The Classic:Black Pants, White french 
cuffed shirt, and the the Twist is outraguos ties, I have several novelty ties 
with bottles, wines, grapes and the like.  Others, and I dont know if these 
are available anymore, were the patterns of the molecular make up of different 
cocktails taken from an electron microscpoe (these are my favorite) cocktail.

Id do the same with cufflinks.  Google "novelty cufflinks" and u will find 
several resources.  but again not sure about the ties: it's been about 7 years 
since I ahve down fine dining.

Black pants can be found anywhere, and the french cuffed shirt, pending onyour 
price range can be found from Target to any good men's department store
