Quite a few of the Swedish people who go to Decadence are rascist. 

Shuff should put a dress code on the place, but then it would be empty. so you 
can't win. 

Quite a few people just go to Decadence to be seen, and don't bother to get 
hideously drunk and act decadent. Shuff and Belle will talk to anyone, but 
some of the them don't understand the charms of just talking to the person 
next to you.

My technique for getting to the bar at Decadence is really good. Head for the 
far left of the bar, and then slide across to the centre when a space opens 
up. Then make sure you double your order, so you don't have to get back too 
soon. I always tip, misguidingly thinking that one of the polish girls serving 
will remember me and give me preferential treatment. Does it work? no idea. So 
just stick with the technique.


Maybe I have seen you in the there. I should remember you after the third time 
I meet you!-) Its not my fault, its the drink.
