I could explain where you're wrong, but it's too much to bother with here or
now...but if you are on the level, start getting on those lawyers to do their
job. Trust me, they can do far more than they are telling you

Besides, with the amount of money you claim to have had, and the amount you
obviously were going to lose by not working, why didn't you pay for the bill
up front and let the insurance company reimburse the expenses? It's not like
you still have to be injured to collect...In fact, it would make it more
likely that you would get paid because they know they can't wait you out
forever. Further, even if worker's comp pays back wages, you're not getting
tips, only hourly wage. Why on earth did you not go straight to a doctor
within a week and ignore the BS of waiting for "managed care".

umm, bad excuse...you can move 30 miles and pay 65% of your rent or lower.

If these lawyers of yours were real, they would have told you how long you'd
have to wait to expect a payday.

You immediately resort to a "call the bluff" approach? That's not the
response that should have come from a real story. Again, it's another clue.

Dude, this is not something to advertise. You sound like a debutante who's
daddy just lost his millions. You blew it pal, and now you want somebody to
cut you a huge check?

You had so much money, then why are you renting a place and not owning? Why
don't you have real insurance? These are things I certainly would have taken
care of if I had actors, models, and pro athletes dropping coin on me. With
either one of those (house or insurance), there's no reason for you not to
have had real medical help.

Listen...you come across as a scam artist who's trying to be creative.
There's no reason to believe you, and frankly I expect that this has to do
with gambling debts or just a quick way to make a buck. Much credit for being
creative, and of course for the effort, but there are a too many holes.

I've already written far more than you should have gotten, and I'm pretty sure
the point is made. So I'll leave you to carry out your efforts
