Funny how the inital post was worded in the third person, but after a negative 
comment, the reply becomes very first person. Maybe your post would have been 
bit better received if you would have been more forthcoming to begin with? 
It's obvious your motive to post was solely financial gain and not to take 
part in this community.

I'm no legal expert, however I do know that restaurants do get sued all of the 
time for employee injuries, but the cases will generally only hold up if the 
employer was negligent, though these days, it's not too difficult to prove, 
and there's a mountain of lawyers willing to give it a shot.
