Gidday mate (I thought the greeting only appropriate!)

Thanks for the reply.. I just spent an hour on the phone trying to find where 
all my f*#ken e-mails have disapeared to and I recieved your response today 
(3/3/98)

I've got some serious ideas on the way forward for hospitality/ bartending 
over the next decade and would love to see if any of them sound at all viable 
to anyone else!

Sydney sure seems to be the land of opportunity at the moment (with the 
Olympics coming up & all..) and I'm eager to begin on line discussions, with a 
few to expanding my own knowledge as well as sharing what I know

Hopefully you will receive this after all this kerfluffle (I've never spelt 
that before..)
