Well, it's taken me far to long to get here!

My name is Jason and I live in Sydney, Australia. I've been working in & 
around all sorts of bars for around 10 years (I'm 27)

I run a bartender training school out of the inner city Sydney. Teaching new 
entrants to the industry the skills & ATTITUDE needed to get a job & enjoy 
this crazy mixed up world of professional bartending

I'm very interested in linking up with other industry professional using this 
medium - as it eliminates alot of the pretender-bartenders

I need answers to the following...

What can you tell me that I don't already know?
