Sorry, I've never seen it before except just now on the Appleton Site. Some 
German site seemed to think it was 63% abv (126 proof) - but another site 
claimed it was the "highest-proof rum" without any further qualifiers. I'm not 
exactly sure what the point of 190 proof anything is... Bleah.
