What is this stuff?  I actually have been hearing more and more about it. I 
did a search on the Google and this forum actually came up - so figured I 
would ask somebody who probably knows more about it.  I went to the web site 
too.  We don't have this at my bar, but if it is becoming popular - we should 
probably get some!  What does it taste like?  What crowd tends to drinks it?
