If you cant rememeber 3 orders, only take 2. You will give a lot better 
service giving the orders you can remember fully, instead of confusing 
yourself with an extra order. 
It takes time to remember a large amount of orders, I am sure a lot of people 
have numerous ways, but one that works wells is to repeat the order out loud 
as the customer asks for it.

Mind you, i have at numerous times or another asked for a white rum and coke, 
2 jd's and dry, a bacardi and coke, jd and and ginger ale, bourbon and 
lemonade and a bourbon and sprite just to see some of the bartenders faces.
