That is really dependant upon the wine.  If you can get two weeks out of the 
same bottle, wow, more power to you, but that may be more likely if you have a 
vacuum/air displacement system to help preserve the wine's integrity.

Regarding vermouths, we never seem to have a bottle around long enough.  
Sorry, but we will go through a bottle of dry vermouth usually within four to 
six weeks.  (It depends on how many happy hours regular customer Rodney comes 
around to visiting us.  He's our Martini drinking customer that you can nearly 
keep the time by how often he visits and what he drinks.... ;0)
