Just a brief suggestion;  perhaps you could add the same tool bar that is 
found at the bottom of the forums windows (list, forum menu, and new message 
buttons) to the top of the forums windows too.  This is just a small matter 
for conveinence.  Also, adding a "forum menu" button next to the "message 
list" button in a thread would add conveinence too, instead of clicking the 
back button a few hundred times, if I've been reading for awhile.  I don't 
know how labor intensive this would be for you, just a suggestion, that's all.
