Both these changes have now been made to the Forums, as well as a few
other small changes/improvements.

You'll now have to register before posting, and when you initially register
a password will be generated and e-mailed to you. This will make it a little
harder for new users to post, but impossible for "trolls" to post messages
using a forged identity.

Feedback on how well this work, or doesn't work, is very welcome.
