I agree with you. I also think that some Bartenders forget that this is not 
rocket science. We are not doctors performing brain surgery, or are in 
competition to be a Nobel Prize Winner. Get real. Your just slinging drinks, 
and making a living. In about my 10th year of tending bar I thought I was 
pretty hot (as well as burned out). Filling aps with Professional Bartender. 
Now, in my 19th year, I could fill a book full of experiences. I don't speak 
for anyone else, because there are all types of bartenders out there, but for 
me the guest is the most important, and people love fun, so I would consider 
myself a fun bartender. Afterall, if I didn't have the guest, I wouldn't have 
the green.
But this is just my opinion.
