There is a a Cristal champagne and a Stoli Cristal, which for a while was 
Stoli Gold.  The vodka is small batch hand crafted from rare winter wheat and 
glacial water, distilled four times for purity.  It isn't always guaranteed to 
be produced based on its ingredients.  (But it probably will as long as there 
is demand).  But that has nothing to do with champagne!  And that wasn't what 
the lawsuit was about either!  Ooohh, you need to tour your local pub's 
stocked bar shelves and taste the wonderfulness of both very different 
Cristals!  ;-)
