We have a regular that orders a bottle of Laurant Perrier Rose champers, then 
asks me to make him Classic Champagne Cocktails with it.

On a similar note, for a birthday drink someone was bought a very nice bottle 
of Crystal 1990 champers and one person asked for a bottle of Scwepps (sp) 
orange juice to make a bucks fizz with it!
