I worked in an italian restsarurant the bar was mainly a service bar on one 
end the other sidee had 8 seaats. A customer had dinner moree than a few 
martinis  while whatched as waiters  would come ask can you make a so and so  
some I knew and some I'd ask them to find out what's in it. Somewhere around 
his sixth martini he asked if I could make a harvey whittaker. I ask what's in 
it he said" Gin, ice, a live mousee and two cigaret butts."
