When I think of classic cocktails I think of the creations that came after 
prohibition. Like the ones from the 1930's-50's.  A lot of these cocktails can 
also be called "Standards".  As far as the drinks that all bartenders should 
know....well, these include a lot of the standards and classics, but also 
includes what is highly popular at the time and continues to be popular.

What do you think of as Classics?, Standards?, and drinks you should know, 
Drinkboy? What are the rules for these?
