multi ordering is good, but sometimes we get absolute mongs in just saying,
that's not my drink, that's not what i ordered, when im making someone elses
drink. also in a cocktail environment it's quite hard. what i like to do in my
environment is just be aware, be aware of who came first, the customers know
full well who came first (you tend to notice this when waiting for a drink),
so cant complain if you serve someone who has been waiting longer.
Just a simple, right i'l serve these guys over here then i'l get you. Tell the
customers their order in the que.

Also if you can, ask them their order while your making the other guests
drinks, it means you save a good amount of time and after you have served one
person you can imediately start making the drinks of the other, also if you do
this with a few customers at once you can find out the customers who just want
one beer or one vodka and coke, you can whack this one out in 5 seconds so do
it.

The other problem i find with multi-serving is that I sometimes worry people
might walk off without paying, but it's never happened to me yet so it seems
alright.
