Celeste. Created in October 2018 for Celeste de Veazey. 50ml Beefeater Gin, 25ml Fresh Lemon Juice, 10ml Sugar Syrup, 15ml Creme de Mure (Blackberry), 3 dashes of Cardamom Bitters, 20ml Aquafaba (Chickpea Water). Shake hard with ice, and then strain into an ice-filled rocks glass. Garnish with edible pink rose petals. -- Cheers!
