Same as a regular Hemingway Daiquiri, but renamed for the current pandemic.

50ml Havana Club 3yo,
25ml grapefruit juice,
15ml fresh lime juice,
10ml maraschino liqueur,
5ml sugar syrup (optional).

Shake with ice, and fine strain into chilled coupette. No garnish.
