Are these identical terms
some say rolling is SPECIFICALLY from glass to mix can and back to glass ONCE 
while rolling is SPECIFICALLY from shaker Tin to shaker tin back and forth 
SEVERAL times after which it is poured into glass

How do we really use these terms?
