I created this back in 1989, I tended bar & cocktailed P/T from then through 
2005. 

1 1/2 shots of Bacardi Clear Rum
Equal parts 
Cranberry juice, orange juice, grapefruit juice and pineapple juice.
Serve with a cherry on top, and a splash of seltzer on top for tears.
