Subject: Ice - last in while shaking; first in while stirring - why?
From: Sanjit Keskar

Videos that I have seen almost always show that when shaking ingredients, the
ice cubes go in last (just prior to the shake) while in the case of stirring
it goes in first (before the liquid ingredients are added)
Is there any specific reason for these actions or an explanation for the
difference

How do I pour? What is 'cl', 'oz' and 'pt'? How should I handle glassware?.
