Hey now, I'm going into a meeting with a business owner and a potential 
partner, tomorrow. They'd like me to come up with a concept for the bar and 
kitchen. Not sure if I need all to many more ideas, but what the hell, open it 
up for discussion. 
The properties got a garage on it, and my partner, the one who turned me on to 
it, is a mechanic, so Ii think we'll build custom motorcycles, and raffle them 
off, a few times a year.  I'd also like to run van tours of Death Valley out 
of the location as well.
Any ammo y'all can give me to go into this meeting with would be appreciated
