The only thing I suggest is to get a real bartender to look at the plans. The 
#1 thing all the bar plans leave out is an ice well........it's simple to 
include even an Igloo cooler with a drain spout as an ice well.

All I'm saying is that it seems like the home bar plan builders leave out on 
of the major points of drink making. The top things you need to make a drink 
is a glass, ice and product.
