At Rules in London they have two truly excellent cocktails - called the 
Naughty Grouse and Kate Middleton "Royal 29".  THe Royal 29 is a martini and 
the Grouse is on the rocks in a short glass.

The menu lists the ingredients but no the proportions.  Does anyone have the 
recipe for these two cocktails?  And if you are ever in London I urge you to 
go there - the bar is beautiful and the drinks superb.
