The first thing to do is narrow down what is "blue" and what is "white".

Blue
Alcohol - Blue Curacao (flavor is orange), blueberry vodka (clear but has the 
word "blue")
Other- blueberries

White
Alcohol - white wine (not color, but tying in the white word), Godiva White 
Chocolate liqueur, White créme de cacao (it's clear but has the word "white"), 
Other - milk, cream

First thoughts is that chocolate and orange go together, so you could use the 
Godiva white chocolate liqueur and float the blue Curacao on top. Another is 
to have white wine with blueberries inside. You could also turn that into a 
spritzer with white wine, soda water, ice, and blueberries on top.

With more time I could come up with more, but this is just off the top of my 
head.
