I was at at restaurant in Pittsburgh this weekend...had a great drink called a Bee Hive. Ingedients were Plymouth Gin, berenjager, honey ginger syrup, lemon juice and st germain. I am going to try to recreate the drink and am wondering about proportions. I am thinking 2 parts gin, 1 part Berenjager and then perhaps 1/2 or 3/4 parts of the rest of the ingredents. I am certainly no bartender...thoughts? Thanks!
