Hello all!  I have been working behind a bar since 2000.  Been everything from 
the shot girl to the waitress to my own bar back, to the bartender, right to 
the General Manager.  Recently, I decided to leave the venue that I worked at 
for 5 years, and am considering "retiring"... but then again, I have retired 
repeatedly.  However, as all of you know I'm sure, going from running around 
making drinks all weekend every weekend to sitting at home can make a busy 
body pretty crazy.  So, with that said, I have decided to start a food & drink 
blog and am wondering if anyone out there would be willing to take a peek and 
tell me what you think!
