I'm writing this as a reply to Alyssa who wrote her question Oct 26. 2003
Specially since it is very difficult or almost impossible to find the recipe 
she
asked for.


This cocktail is called Pink Marbella 
  
4 cl Cointreau
4-6  cl Cava (Spanish sparkling wine)
6-8 Strawberries


Glass: Champagne flute (it helps to keep the carbonic gas from the Cava)
Garnish: Strawberries, alt. cherries stick on top not inside.


Blend the strawberries until smooth
Pour the Cointreau into the glass and stir with strawberries up to the middle 
of 
the glass. Gently fill up slowly the rest of the flute with Cava. The idea is 
to 
leave the impression of sea meets land in the glass.
