Rhubarberella.

25ml Ketel One Vodka,
25ml Aperol,
25ml Fresh Lemon Juice,
25ml Rhubarb Syrup,
Eggwhite.

Shake with ice, and then strain into a chilled cocktail glass; Garnish with 
speared chunks of cooked Rhubarb.
