What the heck?  Did you let Slash use your bottles?  Now what am I to expect 
if I get over to see the Old School Yard and there are less that pristine 
Flairco bottles behind the bar?

With the Flairco bottle now being flipped in over 100 countries worldwide, we 
occasionally do hear from bartenders who have managed to break one of our 
bottles.  You have a couple of options under our Flairco Lifetime Value 
Guarantee (which basically states that if your bottle breaks or becomes 
unusable and you don't think you've gotten your money's worth, we will replace 
it).

Our Flairco bottles are billed as "shatterproof" and not "unbreakable" due to 
the extreme nature of their use.  That being said, we still experience less 
than 1% breakage for all the different types of bottles we produce combined.  
We have refined and strengthened these bottles from our extensive research and 
testing.  Feedback from bartenders also helps ensure that we produce the best 
products possible.  In certain rare circumstances, the bottles have cracked or 
broken.
