The move was delayed a couple of days to fix some minor problems
with the new server.

But at 9:30pm UTC (4:30pm EST / 1:30pm PST) today the move was 
completed and The Webtender is now being served by a brand new
machine.

While the old server was shared with appx. 150 other websites, 
the new server is a dedicated server for The Webtender.  This
should hopefully make www.webtender.com even faster to navigate.
It also opens up a lot of new possibilities for the development
of this web site.

Technical data of the new server:

 - Intel Pentum III 733Mhz
 - 256Mb memory with 133Mhz bus
 - 20Gb disk space
 - 100Mbit switched Ethernet with multiple connections
   to various U.S. backbone providers.

The server is still hosted by pair Networks, Inc. as a part
of their QuickServe hosting (see www.quickserve.com for info).
