Sounds kind of nice i suppose. 

Have you not got a link to their website where one can view all these 
wonderful things?

Did you seriously sit there and write a critique of the establishment for us 
as advertising for a specific market or is this just a rating in a local 
newspaper/magazine that just happened to come by?

To be posting a large post like that and then not even listing some more wines 
that could be considered specialty, a list of the spirits used, and a full 
cocktail list, i have to wonder why? It sounds really nice, but its like your 
teasing us with information that we would all like to hear.

I would really like a link if possible, that waterfall sounds awesome.
