Why don't you just take a Soco Manhattan and just call it a Mantini.  It's not 
like someone is going to go "Hey, this Mantini is just a Soco Manhattan, I 
want my money back".  BTW, mantini is quite possibly the lamest name for a 
drink.  Ever.
