Nice one Mark,
It's true there are a couple of surprising ones there.
I liked the touching guests for more tips idea... touch is something i've used 
as part of positive and powerful body language in my job before but never 
realised it gets the most tips... wish i'd known that when tips were the best 
part of my income!
Now if only we could say the same about tipping in the UK... 18% average tip 
indeed :o) (in a small bar doing a £3K take 4 staff would take home over £100 
each, nice).
