There's a local comp goin' on here for a breakfast cocktail! I had this idea 
for a flaming mandarine mimosa, I haven't tried it as it's not inspiring me on 
paper but any ideas around the theme would be apreciated!

Flaming mandarine mimosa
Add 1/2oz mandarine napolean to a large champagne flute
Add 1/2oz mandarine puree
Top with Champagne
place a sugar cube on a bar spoon, coat in Cognac or maybe Grand marnier, 
ignite and extinguish by dropping from the spoon into the drink while alight!
Stir briefly to mix and serve!
